Mobadoo is the first pay-per-contact dating website. The reason we can operate a
pay-per-contact system is our charging system. We charge per contact via mobile
phone reverse billing.

Anyone can search Mobadoo Dating and Browse profiles. To make contact with another
user you must be a registered and activated Mobadooer. (Registration).
You must also create your own dating profile. If you find another user that you are
interested in you can either send them a wink or a message.

Winks are entirely free. Users can send as many winks as they wish to as many different
people as they wish. A wink is a free way to tell if another user is interested in you.

Messages are the only way to make ‘real’ contact with another user. You can write
a personalised message to the other user. The ‘Initial’ message will be charged,
although all further messages will be free. The person initiating always pays.
The person receiving the initial message does not pay. They can message back and
send any number of messages to the other user for free. The cost is covered by the
person who initiates contact. This is just £1 per contact.
Once you have decided to initiate contact and have sent a message to another user,
you will be charged £1 to your mobile phone. Any further contact between you via our
messaging service will then be entirely free! The person who receives the initial
message will not be charged for this or any other contact. We do not pass your
mobile number or any personal details to the other user; we only open the portal
for you to message each other. There are no hidden costs and we do not give your
mobile number to any third parties.

1. Jane messages Tom for the first time. Jane types a message and clicks ‘Send’.
2. Jane receives a text message to her mobile to confirm that the message will cost her £1.
3. Tom receives Jane’s message for free. Tom can reply to Jane’s message for free.
4. Jane will be added to Tom’s contacts and Tom will be added to Jane’s contacts.
5. Jane can send Tom unlimited messages for free from now on
6. Tom can send Jane Unlimited messages for free.
(Jane pays £1. Tom pays nothing.)

The cost is covered by the person who initiates contact, (i.e. the person who sends
the first message). Once you have decided to initiate contact and have sent a message
to another user you will be charged £1 to your mobile phone. Any further contact
between you via our messaging service will then be entirely free! The other person
will not be charged a penny. The other person can message you as much as they like
for free because you made the initial contact.
Because this payment is so small we now have a revolutionary new payment system
'The Mobile Phone'. This allows for users to pay-per-contact and is a quick and
easy way to pay. Once you have sent the message the balance will be taken directly
from your mobile phone.

A Dating contact is a contact in your ‘My Contacts’ in your ‘My Doomain/ My Messages’ section.
A contact is made once one of the two parties pays for the initial contact. This initial contact costs £1. All further messages between both parties are then free.
In case messages are deleted your contacts will always remain in your ‘My Contacts’ list. All messages between contacts are free.

1. To Create a Profile you must be registered on Mobadoo. (Registration).
2. Click on ‘Create Profile’ on either the main page or in your My Doomain Section.
3. Follow the question prompts on screen about yourself. Click Next.
4. Answer any of the questions you want to about yourself. Click Next.
5. Add Images. Add up to 5 pictures of yourself. Click Finish
6. Your profile will now be uploaded onto Mobadoo.
7. Your pictures will take up to 72 hours to appear on your profile.

Pictures have to be approved by Us at Mobadoo (Just in case). This can take up to 72 Hours.
Your pictures will appear once they have been approved.

You can edit your profile at any time either through the 'View/ Edit My Profile'
link on the Dating Homepage or through your ‘My Doomain/ My Profile/ Edit Profile’.
You can edit this and change your pictures at any time.
(Pictures will still take 72 hours to be approved).

A Wink is always Free, but you cannot type anything or gain ‘real’ contact with the
other user. A Message can cost depending if it is the first message to that user or not.
Initial messages are £1 but all further messages between the two parties are then free.
In a message you can write whatever you want to the other person and vice versa and
eventually swap contact details.
Mobadoo NEVER passes any personal details or mobile numbers to ANY users. We just open
the messaging portal for you to do this. Messages are charged just once to the person
who makes initial contact (i.e. Sends the first message)

You can hide your Dating Profile within your 'My Doomain' by clicking on the top right
status bar 'Deactivate My Profile'. This will suspend your profile from being viewed,
although not delete it. You can reactivate this at any time by clicking
"Activate My Profile" in the same place.

You can Reactivate your Dating Profile within your 'My Doomain' by clicking on the
top right status bar 'Activate My Profile'. This will reactivate your profile so that
it can be viewed by others. Your details will be exactly the same as before you deactivated.

'My Favourties' are the other users that you choose as your favourites or those that have
chosen you. This is Located in your ‘My Doomain’ section. 'My Favourites' are the users
you have added. 'Who has added you to their favourites' is a list of all of the people
who have added you as their favourite.
My Favourites is free. You can add someone to your favourites by Clicking the
'Add to My Favourites' Button on their profile.
You can remove a user from your favourites by clicking 'Remove' in your my Favourites.

Online Now means that a user is Online. This means that if they are online they
are more likely to see your message or wink sooner.

To Block another user Click 'Block User' on the top right of their profile.
This means you will no longer be able to send or receive messages from this user.
All of your Blocked Users are located in your “My Doomain” under Blocked Users.
If you feel that a user is misusing Mobadoo Dating please report this to us at
dating@mobadoo.com with any information you feel we should know, and we will
deal with the matter.

If you wish to Unblock a user go to your Blocked Users located in your "My Doomain"
under Blocked Users and click Unblock next to their username. This means that you
will now be able to receive messages from them and message them.
